We have to go back to 1947 when the founder Giovanni Lionello Martino opened up his small SARTORIA in Sava , a small town located between Salento and Valle 'Itria.

Inspired by the elegancy of the Barocco, Sartoria L.Martino was a result of his passion for the tailoring creating a vast and selected clientele, who appreciated the quality of his work.

His Master, Mestru Ntoniu was a very famous tailor 

developed his skills in Napoli where at that time was the motherland of the best tailors in the world.

Since then Sartoria Martino is a family owned company kept small (only 2 Mastertailors, 1 trousers maker, 2  shirt maker and  1 shoemaker) on purpose offering the real old craftmanship of tailoring. 

About 30.000 stitches and loving gestures which the

tailor performs with desire and passion.

Our main goal nowadays is to keep the integrity and the quality of the real MADE IN ITALY  tailoring preserving all the  secrets for the next generations.
